Facility Coordinator (up to 15 hours a week)
– Recruit and oversee volunteers and paid staff providing upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds.
– Recruit and manage paid regular and contract employees that help with facility upkeep and maintenance including custodians, facility set up tear down workers, snow plow contracts, exterminators, etc.
– Respond to facility requests following elder’s vision and church mission.
– Coordinate facility’s use following policies and procedures, including setting up fees and verifying timely payments.
– Understand stage AV set up and be able to recruit and explain how to clear and reset stage for big events (ie weddings)
– Administrate the clearing of gym floor, etc after church on Sundays and resetting of the building for Sunday services and programs. (This work is usually done by contract paid workers, facility renters, and volunteers.)
– This position will likely be busier in winter months when the facility is used more and slower in the summer months.

- Able to have positive friendly and helpful interactions with those looking to rent or use the facility both inside and outside the ReCAST Church family.
- Adaptive and resourceful.
- Financially responsible.
- Proficient basic computer skills (able to use databases, order supplies online, etc)
- Able to work independently under the direct or indirect supervision of the Lead Pastor or his assistant
- Meet Biblical qualifications of a deacon/deaconess
- Must have excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must submit to a background check prior to hire
- Member of ReCAST required (if not a current member, must become a member upon hire)
- Willing to agree with and work under the ReCAST Elders affirmation of faith
